Partner Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to join the Program. Registration is open to individuals and businesses — digital marketers, freelance developers, IT service providers, business consultants, and others who work with local service businesses — subject to LeadAvirat's approval.

2. Free Registration

There is no fee to register for or participate in the Partner Program.

3. Partner Responsibilities

• Referring suitable businesses and explaining LeadAvirat accurately and honestly.
• Helping referred businesses complete basic onboarding during their trial.
• Providing basic, general usage support to customers you referred.
• Escalating technical, payment, security, or system issues to LeadAvirat rather than attempting to resolve them yourself.

4. Referral Rules & Customer Ownership

• A referral is attributed to the Partner whose referral link or code was used at the time the customer registered. Attribution is set once and does not transfer.
• A customer's account and data belong to the customer, not the Partner. Partners may view basic account/subscription status for customers they referred, but do not have administrative control over a customer's account.
• A referred customer is visible only to the Partner who referred them — Partners cannot see another Partner's customers.

5. Commission Rules

• The current default commission rate is 20% of eligible successful subscription payments, as published on the Commission & Payout Policy page.
• No commission is generated during a referred customer's 18-day free trial.
• Commission becomes eligible only after a referred customer's subscription payment is successfully captured.
• Commission is recurring — while the referred customer's subscription remains active, further eligible payments continue to generate commission.
• Commission on a refunded payment may be reversed.
• LeadAvirat may change the commission rate or Program policy at any time, with the updated rate applying to future payments; a rate change is never applied retroactively to commission already earned.

6. Trial & Payment Requirements

Every eligible referred business is entitled to the same 18-day free trial offered to any new LeadAvirat customer. Partners may not offer, promise, or sell an extended or modified trial on LeadAvirat's behalf.

7. Payout Eligibility & Minimum Threshold

• A Partner may request a payout once their available (approved, not yet paid) commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, currently ₹500.
• Payouts are processed by LeadAvirat's team; processing time is not guaranteed and may vary.
• Payout details (UPI ID or bank account) provided by the Partner must be accurate — LeadAvirat is not responsible for a payout sent to details the Partner entered incorrectly.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself, an account you control, or a duplicate/fake account to generate commission (self-referral or duplicate-referral fraud).
• Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about LeadAvirat, its pricing, or potential Partner earnings.
• Use LeadAvirat's brand, logo, or name in a way that isn't approved (see Section 9).
• Spam, harass, or use deceptive tactics to acquire referrals.

Violations may result in commission reversal, suspension, or termination from the Program.

9. Brand Usage & Intellectual Property

LeadAvirat grants Partners a limited, revocable license to use approved LeadAvirat branding and marketing materials (see Partner Resources) solely to promote the Program. All LeadAvirat trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of LeadAvirat.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

LeadAvirat may suspend, reject, or terminate a Partner account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud or abuse, violation of these Partner Terms, or extended inactivity. Suspension stops new commission from being generated; commission already earned prior to suspension is handled per the Commission & Payout Policy, subject to any active fraud review.

11. Changes to the Partner Program

LeadAvirat may modify these Partner Terms, the commission structure, or the Program itself at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Dispute Handling & Limitation of Liability

Any dispute regarding commission calculation, referral attribution, or payout should first be raised with LeadAvirat support for review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadAvirat's liability to a Partner under this Program is limited to the amount of unpaid, approved commission owed at the time of the dispute. LeadAvirat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
