1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any LeadAvirat service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or the business you represent to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately at leadavirat@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Trial, Subscription & Billing

• New accounts receive an 18-day free trial to explore the Platform and publish a digital office.
• To start a paid subscription, you must add a payment method through Razorpay. A small fully refundable verification charge (₹2 to ₹5 depending on payment method/bank) is processed to verify the account and to authorize your recurring subscription mandate; this amount is credited back automatically.
• Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly basis at the price shown on your plan at the time of billing, until you cancel.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription under Indian law (e.g., GST), which are shown at checkout where applicable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadAvirat to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam or collect leads through deceptive, misleading, or coercive practices
• Publish content that is false, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property or privacy
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, offices, or our systems, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation (including automated scraping or abuse of our APIs)
• Impersonate another business, person, or entity

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account, at our discretion.

5. Content You Publish

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish through your digital office (business details, images, testimonials, etc.). By publishing it, you grant LeadAvirat a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting your digital office. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including images and testimonials.

6. Intellectual Property

LeadAvirat, its branding, software, and industry templates are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform and its templates while you have an active account, for the sole purpose of operating your own digital office. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Platform or its templates outside of your own use.

7. Leads & Customer Data

When customers submit enquiries through your digital office, you (the office owner) become a data controller for that lead information under applicable law and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including honoring any request from that customer to have their data deleted. LeadAvirat acts as a data processor providing the tools to capture and manage that data on your behalf.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep LeadAvirat available and reliable, but the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features from time to time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadAvirat and its founder/operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and may deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
