Partner Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, phone, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Business information you choose to provide: business/company name, city.
• Login and session information used to keep your account secure.
• Referral activity: which customers registered using your referral link, and their subscription status (not their private business data).
• Commission and payout information: amounts earned, payout method and details (e.g. UPI ID, bank account) you provide, and payout history.
• Support communication: messages exchanged in tickets you handle or escalate.
• Platform activity relevant to operating the Program (e.g. login timestamps, IP address for security purposes).

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information to:

• Create and manage your Partner account and referral link.
• Calculate and pay commission accurately.
• Attribute referred customers to the correct Partner.
• Route and manage support tickets between customers, Partners, and LeadAvirat.
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Program.
• Communicate with you about your Partner account, commission, and payouts.

3. What We Do Not Expose to Partners

Partners are shown only the minimum customer information needed to provide basic support and track referral outcomes — for example, a referred office's name, subscription status, and open tickets. Partners are not given unrestricted access to a customer's private business data, billing details, or account credentials.

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id and never stored or transmitted in plain text. Authentication uses signed, short-lived access tokens and secure HttpOnly cookies. Access to Partner and customer data in our systems is restricted by role-based access control.

5. Data Retention

We retain Partner account, commission, and payout records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as required for financial record-keeping and dispute resolution.

6. Third-Party Services

Payout processing may involve third-party payment rails (e.g. UPI or bank transfer networks). We do not sell Partner information to third parties.

7. Cookies & Referral Tracking

A short-lived cookie is used to remember a referral code when someone visits LeadAvirat through your referral link, so the correct Partner is credited if they register later. This cookie stores only the referral code, not personal information.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Partner account information by contacting us (see below). Deleting your Partner account does not retroactively remove historical commission/payout records required for financial record-keeping.
