Commission & Payout Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

Commission

The current default Partner commission rate is 20% recurring of each eligible successful subscription payment made by a customer you referred. See the live rate table on the Partner Program page, which reads current plan pricing directly from LeadAvirat's plans.

Trial

No commission is generated during the 18-day free trial. Commission calculation only begins once a referred customer's subscription payment is successfully captured.

Paid Subscription

Commission becomes eligible immediately after a successful payment. It is recorded against your account in an "Approved" state and contributes to your available balance for payout.

Refund

If a payment that generated commission is refunded, the associated commission can be reversed. A reversal only affects commission not already included in a paid-out payout.

Cancellation

Future recurring commission stops once the referred customer's subscription ends (cancelled or expired). Commission already earned on payments made before cancellation is not affected.

Digital Office Card

Partners also earn a one-time commission on referred Digital Office Card purchases, at the current Digital Card partner commission rate (or a per-partner override if set). Commission is recorded after successful payment and follows the same payout rules as subscription commission.

Payout

  • Commission becomes available for payout once it is in the "Approved" state and not already attached to another payout request.
  • The minimum payout threshold is currently ₹500.
  • A payout request amount is always calculated by LeadAvirat's systems from your actual approved commission balance — you cannot request a custom amount.
  • LeadAvirat's SUPER_ADMIN team reviews and processes payout requests, marking them Processing, Paid (with a reference/transaction id), or Rejected.
  • You can only have one payout request in progress at a time.
This policy may change as LeadAvirat's Partner Program evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date and, where relevant, in the Partner Terms.
