How to deactivate your account instantly, or request permanent deletion of your LeadAvirat account and data.

Option 1: Deactivate instantly

Signing in and deactivating your account from your dashboard is the fastest option. It immediately blocks all sign-ins to your account and stops any future subscription charges.

Option 2: Permanent deletion

To permanently erase your account and personal data — not just deactivate it — submit a request below. Our team verifies and processes every request manually.

What gets deleted

Once a permanent deletion request is verified, we permanently delete the following within 30 days:

  • • Your account profile — name, email, phone number, and login credentials
  • • Every digital office you own, including its public page, gallery, services, and QR codes
  • • All leads, lead notes, and lead timeline events captured through your offices
  • • Testimonials, FAQs, business hours, and analytics tied to your offices
  • • Push notification tokens and in-app notifications

What we retain, and why

Indian tax and accounting law (including the Income Tax Act and GST regulations) requires us to retain payment and invoice records — such as Razorpay transaction IDs, amounts, and invoice dates — for a minimum of 7 years, even after account deletion. This data is retained solely for legal and audit purposes, is not used for any other purpose, and cannot itself be used to sign back in or access the product.
